Participants: ALL ARE WELCOME! We hope to see a wide variety of ages from young to adult and all abilities! Adults - We challenge you, show these kids you don’t have to stop creating once you’ve ‘grown up’!!
Designs: Be original and let your imagination run wild! All artwork must be appropriate for public viewing. No profanity, nudity, political statements, or advertisements.
Schedule: Set up: 8:30 am Start Time: 9 am Finish Time: 4 pm Voting: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Winners Announced: 6:00 pm Don’t think your design will take the whole time? That’s okay, it doesn’t have to!
Voting: Votes will be cast to determine the winner. Votes are $1 per vote, $5 per 6, or $10 per 15. All voting proceeds will benefit the GET Art Department.
Prizes and Winners: Prizes for the top three places will be awarded in each age group; however, cash prizes will be given to the 16 + age group. 1st place $50 | 2nd place $25 | 3rd place $15
Mediums: Other solid sidewalk chalk/chalk pastels may be provided by you. Acrylic paint, liquid pastels, oil-based pastels, etc ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Weather: We will go rain or shine; however, will cancel in the event of severe weather. In the case of rain, you are responsible for protecting your work. Plastic drapes, tape, tents, etc are all welcome.

By participating, you acknowledge and hold harmless Chalk the Walk, its committee, sponsors, partners, In the Making, the Village of Trempealeau and their agents of and from any loss or damage to my person or property while participating.
