Come visit Trempealeau. The weather has cooled off. The first snows have fallen. The snowmobile trails are open. The river traffic season has come to a close and soon the ice fishing season will be upon us. The migratory birds have returned to their winter homes after their semi-annual stop off at the Refuge.
Spend a night at one of our friendly lodging places and enjoy a great meal at one of our restaurants. The sunsets are breathtaking and the mornings are crisp and clean. Winter has truly arrived! So visit us soon and make some memories. Oh, and don't forget your camera!
